Description: The pandemic has left an exhausted world behind. In “Rest and Assimilation” I’m trying to convey a time of rest and assimilation, of reflection, of digestion on what humankind has gone through in 2020 and the period immediately following it. The bright colours suggest that we are still in the midst of much turmoil, however.
