The Marine Building in Downtown Vancouver is one of the Worlds most exquisite examples of Art Deco Architecture . Build in the 1920’s and opened in 1930 it had the distinction of being the tallest building in the British Empire. Almost a 100 years later it is surrounded by modern Skyscrapers.
